What is SXM?

Super Xtreme Mapper is the only native macOS application for creating and editing Traktor Pro TSI mapping files.

Inspired by the much loved, long dead, Xtreme Mapping, we built everything new from the ground up.

Whether you're building custom mappings, tweaking existing setups, or diving deep into modifier logic, SXM gives you a clean, modern interface that works with Traktor's powerful mapping system.

No more hunting through endless menu trees. Just open your TSI, see everything at a glance, and make your changes.

The Story

"

We used to love Xtreme Mapping. It was the only decent TSI editor out there for Mac. It made creating custom Traktor mappings almost fun.

Then Apple Silicon happened and Xtreme Mapping stopped working. Our attempts to contact the original author were met with silence. After years of waiting and hoping, we decided to build it ourselves, but updated for 2026.

Using Claude Code, we reverse-engineered a completely new TSI editor from a combination of Xtreme Mapping screenshots, the CMDR editor source code (thank you, cmdr-editor team!), and IvanZ's invaluable TSI format research. The result is Super Xtreme Mapping: a love letter to the original, rebuilt from the ground up for modern Macs, doing it the way nothing else can.
